How to set up a floral consultation for an upcoming wedding?

What should I bring to my consultation?

A.

You are more than welcome to bring pictures, color swatches, and any other items that will inspire the vision for your day! If you haven't sent in your wedding information sheet, please be sure to fill out or bring with you. Attachment: 1 Wedding Info Sheet 15

How do I book with Blossom & Basket?

A.

We look forward to working with you to make your day special. We ask for a retainer fee of $250, as well as, signing and returning a copy of the wedding/event contract. The retainer fee can be paid by calling in with a card number, sending a check by mail, or stopping by the store and paying however you would like. This fee will be deducted from your overall balance. Attachement: Wedding Contract PDF

How do I make changes to my quote?

Contact us by phone or email with the changes you would like to make. Once your wedding/event date is two weeks away we can no longer make changes to your quote.

When does my balance need to be paid?

A.

Weddings and events need to be paid in full to weeks before the event date.

What is your delivery policy?

A.

It doesn't matter the distance, we will deliver to where ever you are. We have gone as far as Wilmington, North Carolina to deliver a wedding before. We will make up to three stops the day of your wedding/event, anything more than that will come with an extra fee. For weddings we usually we like to deliver the flowers about 30 minutes prior to the photographer's arrival and no less than two hours before the events begin! Everything that you purchase or rent from us will be set up by our elite staff the day of your wedding/event.

What is your pick up policy?

A.

If you are renting linens or other items for us, we are more than willing to come and pick them up from your venue for an additional charge. If you wish to return them yourself we ask that you get them back to the shop the Monday or Tuesday after the event.

What if I misplaced the pamphlet I received at the consultation?
